When one starts TM, then it is the beginning of yoga!
"What is yoga? Union is yoga! When the mind gets united with Being, then it is the state of yoga. Where is the yoga in bending down or standing up or something? There is no yoga, there is no union, in the asanas. There is no union in the pranayam. If the tongue unites with the nose (laughter) it doesn't become yoga. It is a union, but it is on this level. Union is union of the individuality with the cosmic unboundedness. This is union, this is a significant union. There is no union in asanas, there is no union brought about in pranayam and no union in pratyahara or dharana. There is no union in dhyan either. Union is in samadhi. And dhyan leads to samadhi..."
